The new program "Save - Renovate for Young People" aims to support young people with the aim of making it possible for them to ensure a complete upgrade of their home.
For each project that will be submitted and subsidized under the program, the minimum energy-environmental goal is determined as follows:
- primary energy savings of at least 30%.
- upgrade of the energy category based on PEA by at least three (3) energy classes in relation to the existing classification (or necessarily B' class when it comes to a radical renovation) if it is an upgrade of building infrastructure that falls under the provisions of Law 4122/2013. The documentation of the necessity of energy upgrading interventions results from the Energy Performance Certificate (PEA). It is noted that with the completion of the physical object, an assessment of the energy goal will be carried out, where the aid will be linked to the actually achieved energy savings, according to the provisions of the already approved program "Excoionamo 2021".
BENEFICIARIES
Natural persons born from 01/01/1984 to 12/31/2005 with a real right to an eligible residence are eligible to participate in the Program. The right in rem (full ownership / usufruct / small ownership) of the applicant should exist during the reference year of the Program (tax year 2021), as well as when the application is submitted.
In case of free grant / rent in an eligible residence, the applicant (eligible as per the age criteria) should have full ownership / usufructuary right in rem (fee ownership is excluded). To qualify for the 'Renovate' strand, the applicant (eligible as per the age criteria) should have full ownership / usufruct in 100% (fee ownership excluded).
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
– Only one (1) application can be submitted for each eligible natural person (for each applicant TIN).
– Only one (1) application must be submitted for each eligible residence of the current Program. A residence, with an active application in one of the energy upgrade programs, "Home Savings II" and "Save-Autonomous" and "Save 2021", does not have the right to submit to the current program. An exception is the case of a "type B" multi-family housing application apartment of the "Save - Self-Employment" Program, for which an application may be submitted as an individual apartment in the current Program.
– It is not possible to apply for "Renew" only, while participation in "Excoon" is a condition for applying for "Renew".
BUDGET PROPOSALS
"Save" section
The maximum eligible energy upgrade intervention budget, including VAT, per application, cannot exceed:
a) the product of €1.00 times the total estimated annual primary energy savings (kWh) as derived from the 1st PEA
b) the product of €220 on the surface of the main premises as it appears from form E9
c) 22,500 euros.
"Renovate" section
The maximum eligible budget for renovation interventions, including VAT, per application, cannot exceed:
a) the product of €75 on the surface of main premises as it appears from form E9,
b) the 10,000 euros.
ELIGIBLE EXPENSES
Eligible costs are divided into costs for the implementation of interventions
energy upgrade, renovation costs related to the Renovate part and other supporting costs.
"Save" section
- Frames/shading systems/ventilation
- Thermal insulation
- Heating/cooling systems
- Hot water supply systems
- Other savings interventions
"Renovate" section
Renovation works of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, etc. indoor spaces. The works include the supply and installation of tiles, sanitary ware, cupboards, internal doors and generally works not covered by the "Save" section.
