The submission of applications for the single aid for the year 2021 has begun, as announced by the Organization for Payments and Control of Community Aid Guidance and Guarantees, through which all direct aid, the aid of the measures of the small islands of the Aegean Sea, as well as those of the measures are granted rural development linked to land or livestock.
The Single Application is the only aid application that the farmer is required to submit and which covers all schemes and support measures for direct aid, measures for small Aegean islands and those Rural Development Measures related to land or animals. A basic condition for the granting of direct aid is that the farmer fulfills, every year, the status of "active farmer".
No direct payments are granted to farmers when the total amount of direct payments to be paid before the recovery of amounts unduly paid and the application of administrative sanctions for a given calendar year does not exceed 250 euros, except for farmers whose holding is located on the small islands of Aegean. Also, no direct aid is granted for a total amount of more than €1,250.00 for farmers who are part of the Small Cultivators regime.
It is submitted in electronic form to OPEKEPE by the beneficiary himself or by his authorized representative, with direct use of the application after registration in the online system on the website of OPEKEPE. It is also possible to submit applications through a Claims Reception Center (CDC) which operates in the area where the headquarters of its holding is located – or if it is the first time that it submits a single aid application, to any C.C.D of its choice, since issue the unique "submission code" at the online address https://registration.dikaiomata.gr/user_registration/, which he delivers to the Portal of his choice.
The deadline for submission will be determined by a relevant Ministerial Decision. It is pointed out that, when the deadline for submitting an aid application or supporting documents, contracts or declarations or the deadline for amendments to the single application or the last possible late submission date coincides with a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, then it is considered to coincide with first next business day.
Submitting an EAE after that deadline: entails a reduction of the amounts that the holder would be entitled to receive as aid by 1% per working day and entails a reduction of the amounts payable in respect of aid entitlements granted for the first time in 2021 to the beneficiary, by 3% per working day In the event of a delay of more than 25 calendar days, the application is considered inadmissible.
