includes a subsidy that can reach 85% of the total cost of the works and cover up to 50,000 euros.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>According to the instructions of the Ministry of Finance, a residence, in order to be considered eligible for &quot;Save - Autonomy&quot;, must:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>It is used as a main residence, as can be seen from E1.<\/li>\r\n<li>It exists legally.<\/li>\r\n<li>It has been classified based on the Energy Performance Certificate (PEA), which has been issued after 26\/11\/2017, in a category lower than or equal to C.<\/li>\r\n<li>It has not been deemed to be demolished.<\/li>\r\n<li>The interventions according to the PEAs that will be issued before and after their implementation should lead to the improvement of the ranking by at least 3 levels.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0What interventions does it cover?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Replacement of window frames with mandatory recycling of the old ones and the possibility of replacing glass panes in buildings protected or of historical value or of special architecture.<\/li>\r\n<li>Installation\/replacement of thermal insulation of the shell: Eligible interventions are also considered any small-scale works to support the thermal insulation (cracks, sealings).<\/li>\r\n<li>Heating-cooling system upgrade: Removing oil burners and related tanks is also considered an eligible intervention.<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Eligibility for oil burners is removed.<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Eligibility for energy fireplaces in Athens and Thessaloniki is abolished.<\/li>\r\n<li>Domestic Hot Water System using RES: Mandatory installation in cases where it does not exist.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>For energy autonomy the subsidized interventions include:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Power generation systems from RES: Eligible intervention is the installation of photovoltaics only to cover the demand (net metering).<\/li>\r\n<li>Storage systems: Eligible only as a complementary intervention in the installation of a new photovoltaic plant.<\/li>\r\n<li>Electric vehicle charging infrastructures: Only devices that are suitable, based on ELOT standards, and intended for charging electric vehicles in a domestic environment are eligible.<\/li>\r\n<li>The eligible Smart Home interventions are:<br \/>Digital systems and technologies that contribute to energy savings.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Only interventions that adjust and maintain energy consumption (appliances, lighting, heating, hot water, etc.) at the levels chosen by users with the aim of saving energy and\/or record and process energy consumption data and\/or adjust and maintain shading levels.<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>Call us at 231 309 7575 for a free appointment.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u03a4\u03bf \u03bd\u03ad\u03bf\u00a0\u00ab\u0395\u03be\u03bf\u03b9\u03ba\u03bf\u03bd\u03bf\u03bc\u03ce &#8211;
